Description
So this is another version of Howl's forms.My old Howl. He's recenty evolved again, and I have yet to be happy with a picture I draw of him.
Looks surprisingly like Vincent though, it wasn't really intentional but I guess it ended up this way.
Didn't like the picture in the end too much so I left it and cheated by throwing on some colour and being done with it.
