Heres another of the main villains from the Rusty Wars comic, this guy will be one of the biggests rivals for the main characters, with his great strategy and battle expirience he makes for a formidable opponent, he is very zealous and never gives up until the mission its finished, his own troops fear him and his enemies are terrified by his mere presence.Also yeah as you can see his design and concept its heavily inspired by Colonel Radec from Killzone 2! XD He is one of my favorite First Person Shooter game villains so i had to make a character thats inspired by him.
