This is actually very backwards, the Dalek's genocidal agenda was started by Derpy. The Dalek's saw MLP and their last words before becoming cybernetic killing machines were "You know what, if you really are going to just throw another mentally handicapped stereotype character at us and expect us to take you seriously, we're going to wipe out all organic life so that this cheap crap ceases to exist."
