I just realized, Gummy's mom could have been the cragidile in Princess Twilight. That's an unknown reason why she attacked, she smelled her son on Pinkie, and sought revenge for possibly killing him, or just taking him away. (yes, I know that in real life, crocodiles are abandoned at birth.)

Awwww. You know, in some episodes you actually see a hint of gummy smiling, even if just a little bit. I think the gator shows emotions through facial expressions even if it doesn't talk, even if it doesn't blink, and even if all it does is blink at you for a response in any other conversation. Gummy is adorable. Tis why we love 'em.
