Description
The parents admit to have punished their children, but Decidueye confess that Elekid is the culprit. Electivire and Jolteon don't believe him, but Decidueye reveals his bully nature at school. Jolteon starts to think about it...The parents follow the games rule that "the hatchling is determined by the mother". So Raichu and Electivire are female, while Ampharos and Jolteon males. Also Electivire's character will be inspired to Cartman's mom.
