Balder is a copy of Arcus. Like him he's very eccentric and megalomaniac, falling back on being of the same species of a powerful legendary pokemon. However, if possible, he's even madder and out of his mind then him. He thinks he should be in charge in place of Alex and always presents him as «the most powerful pokemon you'll ever find here». He thinks Necrozma is the real god of the pokemon world and for that he's always arguing and⁄or fighting with Arcus.
