Description
I thought since I had FINALY gotten last years Inktober done might be worth doing more basic practice on techniques for Ink drawings now I'm not worrying about trying to pick a specific theme for anything.
Claws, fire and present from "how to draw cool stuff" by Catherine v Holmes. It's mostly focused on pencil techniques so did crosshatching and pointillism for the shading rather than gradient.
The other three are ether images I found online to work off or the ball is just a ball.
Mostly happy with these, I like doing the dots shading for a bit of distinctive texture like with the torn metal but doing a shading for a object like a dot by hand is really time consuming/boring and my wrist was hurting after. Need to look for alternative methods I think.
