Description
This creature has a large extendable jaw and throat. It uses this to subdue and kill large prey. The reason it does this is since: it goes after prey that is also the main food source for larger carnivores, it can quickly stash the kill in its gullet and retreat to safety. Insendidraken (thanks to another discord user for the name) often plays second fiddle to larger carnivores and still experience some mortality from them.

However: if the Insendidraken gets caught out in the open while it stored it’s food, it can rapidly superheat it. Plus with a mixture of acidic bile, burning hot water, bones which can act as projectiles and some flames, can make it a hassle some predators won’t deal with.
