This is a building that is right next to Willis (Sears) Tower in Chicago. It is not called the Chicago Center (That's just the name I've given it within my city. The building is mostly completed, only the interior is not finished but the exterior is entirely done. Although I will be changing the material to polished granite when the 1.8 update comes out.
