John Bunnell: The Boating Teacher is having a driving test with her student, but it went horribly wrong. While the Police stop the student driver, he didn't stop because of no brakes. Until then; the Officer set up roadspikes to stop the running boat, they arrested the Boating Teacher for letting her student to drive crazy.
