The Tiny Toons and Animaniacs franchises are quite similar to each other such as how they were both made by Stephen Spielberg and how it focused on a next generation of cartoon characters that did their own thing while still having “Looney Tunes” vibes to it, even referencing the old Looney Tunes characters and skits. That’s why it is surprising that they never had a proper crossover with each other.

There were a few ways they could have interacted in the old shows, like in one scenario the Warner siblings decide/are forced to attend Acme Looniversity and try and get toon degrees while there. Another is the cast of Tiny Toons go to Warner Bros. Studios in hopes of becoming stars of the next big movie/show, where they run into the Warner siblings who decide to help them out when they overhear someone is going to rig the contest that the Tiny Toon characters don’t win the chance to be in said movie/show.

I could see the characters (or most of them) easily getting along with each other like Buster quickly being friends with Yakko and maybe the bunny sees him as an older brother figure, Dot and Babs bonding over how they are some of the few funny female toons around, and Wakko annoying characters like Plucky and Hamton but getting along with others like Dizzy Devil for example.

Both shows have recently returned in one way or another with Animaniacs getting a few more seasons and Tiny Toons getting a reboot, so I could see them possibly having such a crossover. Someone pointed out that the iconic Warner Bros tower is in Tiny Toons Looniversity show so I could see that being enough of an excuse to have the Warner siblings appear in the show even if it is just for an episode.
