Stan and Wendy have been together for a big chunk of South Park's run, yet I don't think we've ever seen their parents directly interacting with one another. I'm curious about what could happen if we got an episode about that.

I can definitely see modern day Randy doing something stupid to jeopardize Stan and Wendy's relationship by getting into conflict with one of Wendy's parents. Maybe Sharon could be the one to cause conflict this time, as the writers don't do much with her besides the usual "married to a dumb guy and annoyed by his antics" trope. This could result in a Romeo and Juliet (correction Lion King 2) scenario for Stan and Wendy, though maybe their parents are too focus on fighting with each other that they are able to keep dating uninterrupted.

I could also see this being a chance for the writers to poke a bit of fun at Stan and Wendy's relationship, like maybe one of the parents point out how Stan tends to go from deeply caring about Wendy to just seeing her as just a friend, because he is still a 4th grader who hasn't gotten the concept of being in a relationship yet, or comparing him to a cartoon character that keeps changing because the writers don't know what to do with him.

What if Randy never realized his son was dating Wendy, and tries to give him some advice but of course it is bad, until it helps him get out of a bad situation he and the others get into.

Would you like to see them interacting one day?
