OK, I've had to rush this one to get it out on time. So there may be a couple of spelling\grammar errors, incorrect layering, or any other errors.I do intent to fix them. I really do, but right now I need to be somewhere else, so I'm uploading this version.
I really need to make these things shorter. Any more than 6 frames and they just take too long to upload regularly.

Embarrassingly, I didn't realize you were the author till now.
Giving a more proper analysis, your results aren't bad. You're going for a kind of drama which is difficult for anyone to balance for wide appeal, particularly when used in certain settings with certain characters which may have clashing preconceptions from the audience. However, that type of drama in the way you've presented it has an amount of appeal(?) with audience (a lot of people I know like to complain about it, while continuing to watch the series' filled with it). So, I mightn't be your target audience with this story's style. There is drama of this style I can get into, but the balancing act is rarely achieved.
Sorry for my original bluntness and insensitivity. I'd like to say you took my unhelpful criticism extremely well, and I can learn much from you.

To be honest, it take me so long to get each page finished that I may be in one mood when I do one page, and another when I do the next. So there will be no real consistency between pages.
Some pages have drama, others are just silly, and in some pages I'm just not inspired at all, so the page tanks completely.
You can probably tell by the way that the art style changes between pages.

Consistency is darned hard, unless you have a lot of spare time. You can improve it by some methods, self-editing, leaving ideas overnight, help from test readers and editors, etc.. In some ways, consistency is a big part of skill. Most people can think up a great scene, but consistently thinking up great scenes can get very hard. Consistent theme and tone is in some ways more critical, and others less, depending on how much you shift and when you do.

Twilight really should consider do it there is even point to protect such ungrateful ponies in the first place.
Celestia literally dumped lots of responsibilities and protection of Equestria and Crystal Empire on her and her friends shoulders, and in the end main 6 don't even get a proper recognition. But when Celestia arrive at the scene, everypony bow and call her the protector of peace and harmony.
If they trust the princesses so much, than how about the princesses fight the villains for a change. Not being able to use the Elements of Haromony is not an excuse to not distract a villain or protect the Element bearers form harm.
Even glass canon need some protection form enemy attack. Or else it won't get a chance to shot.

Celestia didn't set the timetable, it just happened that way.
Twilight's horn gets Celestia'd at night on the first day, there are a couple of scenes where she talks to Spike and tries to eat.
She goes to see her friends on the second day, she has a rough time and can't face seeing Rainbow Dash on top of it all, so she goes to see her the next day.
Celestia and Luna talk in the crossover between night and day.
The next day the friends meet up and discuss things.
It kinda just went this way when I was writing it.
