Freezing people and objects by touch or by breathing icy vapor on them

Superhuman strength

Agile and nimble fliers

Shoot ice from hands

Fold antennae and wings into a hooded cloak for a more "phantom" like appearance

WEAKNESSES:

Fire (though Necrofriggians are able to withstand extreme amounts of heat, as seen when Big-Chill swallowed molten liquid) but if tangible, fire can hurt them

Radar can pick up their intangibility (which makes them look invisible in dark places)

Any chemical or electrical attacks can disrupt intangibility
