He's baaaaaaack! And ready for revenge!!!That's right.....next week's ep of Ben 10 Alien Force is called "Ghost Town" and Ghostfreak is said to make a comeback in it
Can't wait for that ep!!!! 
Anyways.......here Ghostfreak appears behind Big-Chill, who is surprised to see him alive since the last time Ghostfreak was seen was when Ben killed him for a 2nd time by exposing him directly to sunlight in the old Ben 10 ep "Be Afraid of The Dark"
How Ghostfreak survived is way beyond me
But I can't wait to find out!!!
I just know Ben may use Big-Chill in it b/c what better way to fight an evil ghost alien than to use a ghost-like alien??
Ghostfreak: What's the matter Ben? Aren't you glad to see me?

The Ghostfreak in the omnitrix was just a sample of his own dna he allowed to enter the omnitrix. So the one ben destroyed was just a strand of dna replicated in a second ghostfreak, so the one ben will face might be the original one. And since ectonurites have a dark hive mind, the original ghostfreak knows where his replica has been up to!

And Ghostfreak's only weakness is sunlight....except when he has his sun suit [link]
