If you have a Samsung Galaxy phone, download either zFont or iFont. On those apps, you can install TrueType fonts on your phone from either one of those apps. Tap on the little folder icon on the bottom right-hand corner, go to "Downloads" and choose a TTF font to install. If you can't see any of the fonts in your font settings, then you'll have to restart your phone and they just might show up.
