I think this scream final design for C.A.C.I? i dunno.... but this is her final design... for now... Well, you know what? actually the two other previous C.A.C.I are their own independent entities

This one: She is lovable, and was designed to increase morale within a ship with her cute appearance and energetic personality, however do not let that cute exterior fool you, if a mission requires you to die or suffer, she will make and let so without hesitation at order of her master. Despite her apparent sadness and despair over such events.

The thing inside her chest is her hologram emitter and is what allows her to show her ethereal form into the world. Her master is Lord Dokuro.
