Heheheh, I'm really liking where all of this is going. Though I have yet to play Yoshi's Story and Yoshi's Island, I am well aware of the events that take place within both games. And, yes, the viewer does wonder as to the identity of the one that makes her day.
I understand that it may be a little while before the new pages come, but know well that we don't mind waiting for such goodness.

Hehe thanks. It had come quite naturally to draw these in 2D form. I guess Super Paper Mario have played a huge role in it (the whole 2D vs. 3D thing).

Hell yeah, nice detailing for a very small detail in the Classic Mario. XD It is odd to actually see those in YoshiΒ΄s Island, as far as I know. (HavenΒ΄t played a lot of it. =O) But it is still a good comic which I think goes beyond the humor, and takes on modern topics... I think I catch a little of Immigration into the poor Podoboo, trying to excel until he finally gets his chance, or something like that. Besides that, it is really good and how it came out is just pretty and cute. Somewhat silly, but that is the thing that makes it amazing. So I am produly pressing the Fave button until my Internet crashes due to an overload.

Haha, your comments always make me chuckle, whether it's the closing words or the in-depth critique you do about my art.
I wanted to use a social theme on it mainly because it's the least theme you could expect to be exploited with a character like a Podoboo, that has such low background and a very unidimensional utility in the game. So I completely agree with you saying this is somewhat silly. I also wanted to make something a little different while staying in the fields I'm best working with.

In some levels they were particularly useful for hitting ? clouds or for cleaning the runway from enemies. They could save you a couple eggs.

Well yeah you could! Once swallowed you could use them just like you would use a red watermelon. So yeah, you found the secret goal of this comic! (lol unexpected reference to SMW).
