I honestly have never heard anyone thinking Rosalina is a blue Peach, unlike, based on my research, back in the 90's people thought Daisy was a palette swap of Peach. People, including myself have always thought that Rosalina has a distinctive design and personally from both Peach and Daisy so that jab towards Rosalina makes no sense to me.

As for you rambling, I see. In fact, I read somewhere that the recent Mario spin offs have Daisy becoming less tomboyish overtime even though her voice is still distinct. This gets to the point she is only a tomboy in name only now but I don't know of that true since I haven't caught up with many recent games after the Wii era (which I have first bought it in 2014).

Here's the thing: one person telling the villain that they're wrong won't always work and even then, it doesn't change the fact that even with all the love and support from her fans, she still gets left behind because forces beyond our control have no interest in putting her in these types of adventures.
And as a villain, all she wants is not be trapped in the past while everything else gets to grow and be part of the future. She's here because Daisy wanted what her retro self wanted albeit in a much less chaotic manner and Peach didn't know about the power of these wishes as well as Retro Daisy's existence.
A lot of us love Daisy but that's not enough to make this right. And the only person who can pull that idea off is herself.

I had expected, that Rosalina turns into her concept art design which was planned first for her in Super Mario Galaxy, but Nintendo changed it and now we have the Rosalina who we know and love!

Maybe because Rosalina's initial design was never used for the mainstream to see unlike the red-headed version of Peach (known as Toadstool) which was only used in the DiC cartoons.

Not really. Beta design doesn't equal retro self.
Mario Land Daisy and Super Show Peach/Toadstool work because they're based off of their 8 bit selves. Concept Art doesn't count since that was just a rejected design, not Rosalina back in the 8 bit days.
