Allen and what could be called her familiar, Smeal, in a raven-esque form~

A scribble that turned into a little cool sketch practically by itself, as I griped with a small dose of artblock for the day. Why doesn’t the raven have a shadow? I was going to chalk it up to ‘oops I forgot’, but then a friend of mine came up with a pretty neat concept: something that travels between the physical and spiritual realm might not even have one! I would write myself a novel on the lore of that if given the chance.
This certainly isn’t to scale of course! If smeal was in his true avian form, maybe, but as a raven--he’d probably be as small as one of Allen’s toes! Al is a big zhuard. Semitrucks fear her!
