Description An Abstraction of an Idea generator, a tool that mimics the mind's functioning. Essentially machining out the brain into pistons and engines, which would ideally, in a zero gravity environment, develop ideas. The machine catches idea threads from the surrounding atmosphere, distills them, processes them for usability and functionality, then spins them into tangents and lateralities, and then condenses them into one most appropriate direction. Should build one sometime soon.

Look like you already used one to come up with this idea....which means...you already had one...before the idea was invented.... I'm confusing myself.

Was this done in Rhino? Just wondering, because the shaded wireframe looks extremely Rhino-ish.

I'm always amazed at the amount of talent stagnates (god I make it sound like an insult) around deviant art. In hte same way artists are sick of people who can't draw telling them that they're fantastic (when as artists we all see that we're merely at par), this piece amazes me in the sort of way normal art does normal people. I don't understand how you did this (mentaly, not physically) and it amazes me, technical pieces are just so cool looking and as has been mentioned by like, 100 other people in this deviation, I'll take one, do you do B-pay?

How is this a DD? It doesn't even really apply to the "polished" stipulations that a Deviation consists of. Not that I don't like it, I think this is a really cool idea, but it looks like a scrap that was about to be rendered [into a DD]. Congratulations nonetheless.

I think the real question is, will it tackle tough stains? man thats a really amazing image but i find the concept of catching idea threads? a bit AD 2544.

hmmm... great concept. a perpetual motion machine would be another good use of skill... like one of my ideas... unfourtunately i cant draw it because it would be invisible to the unaided eye. good job and congrats on the DD!

excellent work! although, this only works on the assumption that "ideas" are independent entities that float around in the atmosphere what is the scale of that machine? put a person next to it.

What a fantastic concept, well carried out in this image, the only problem i can pick is the anti-aliasing is a little odd. The modelling itself is really nice and intricate, i would love to see this with the appropriate textures and lighting applied.

Bravo
