I don't know much about this character, either o.O All I know is that the original colors are attributed to "Action Master Thundercracker," but fandom always calls him Shattered Glass Thundercracker. Shattered Glass is like an AU where everything is switched. Autobots are bad and Decepticons are good. And therefore the characters' colors are also changed.
Okay I just looked it up and apparently the Shattered Glass colors are an homage to the original Action Master colors so I think either title would be appropriate for this coloring of the character. Anyway. Transformers is confusing!! XD

It is confusing but that makes things fun and probably gives you a lot of wiggle room to interpret stuff.
