Description
This is page One of a four page part i did along with Udon for Enterbrain in Japan. The book this appears in is for sale in Japan right now : Street Fighter Art Comic Anthology and there hopefully is a good chance we will release this in North America as well. It is over 150 pages of colour work by all sorts of japanese manga artists.anywayyy, since posted 2 of his pages for it, i figured i'm in the clear to post mine also, heh.

It would of been super easy to draw yourself into this as a spectator. That would of been a great touch to and already excellent piece!

Sweet! But I don't recognize some of them. Who are the guy with the orange pompadour & sideburns, the guy with the purple fringe, the guy with an afro and red sunglasses, and the guy in the blue hoodie (who I thought was Guy but Guy's head is in the background)?

There are actually a few characters I don't recognize in that crowd. I clearly see some EX fighters in there, but still am confused by others (though it might be because costumes were altered on EX fighters because of copyright issues maybe?)

I know it's for the visual, but it's too bad that you blurred the cheering crew^^' There's plenty of characters from all the SF games, so it's pretty well, nearly never done by others you know^^

This is a great piece man. I love the composition.
And don't worry about a few of the negatives I just read. That Hurricane kick is pretty hard to pull off and I give you much props for executing it the way you did. I find nothing wrong with it.

I know. I'm all up for criticism and all, but it irks me when people point out little things that don't matter. Like someone pointed out the belt of Ryu not looking right, and someone also mentioned the knuckles looked weird. It's like, "wow, really? With all the stuff going on in that pic, you notice a few minor flaws that can easily be put off?"

the knuckles i guess i can see (a few lines that probably could've been erased)
but the belt, i see nothing wrong w/ that at all (i was going for movement) i mean how else should the belt be drawn?

Charlie is my all time favorite SF character and one of my favorite characters in general. I expect he shall show Ryu what for. My friends might be surprised to hear this as they are thinking that my loyalty in SF is to Zangief since I use him most often in MVC/MVCII/SFIV, and also because I enjoy roaring.
