Do you ever have issues with the sharpie bleeding on the art board. Granted, I'm using some store-bought comic board (not the industry-issued quality), but I am finding my sharpies bleeding like a stuck pig when I try to use them on this stuff.
Do you have a brand of board you like, that you might recommend?

what I've used here is Strathmore 11x17 Bristol Board (store purchased) and have minor niggles with SOME selective Sharpie coloures.
However, as far as I've used, Blank Sharpie (all tips I've used) have had no issues with bleeding.
I board brand I prefer using is the one produced by UDON.
It has so far been the smoothest, brightest and bleed resistant paper I've used.
But I'm sure that's simply due to preference.

Thanks for the info. I loved the quality of the Marvel and DC board, but unfortunately, that's not for sale, from what I can find. I may just have to go for the Strathmore, and rule out the lines, myself

Poi-sonnally, I like to use Dante, Zero and Taskmaster. I don't have the fingerwork for X, Gamma-dude is too slow for my rushdown style and Akuma has poor range, but they're all respectable fighters!
Oh, and great art! I'm lovin' Gamma-Dude's expression, X's pose an the general detailin'!

i always found sharpies bled alot during inking for me...but those faber castrell pen sets are amazing. But as for mass area shading, a still horde some sharpies....also, why the HELL did Nightcrawler never make it into this game?!?!? He's a no brainer for CAPCOM..!!!
