Havin' a lil bit of a High Blood Pressure, salt aint all too good to have. But a lil' bit of Pepper's fine yes?2nd Jam w/ the *Fooray , suggested by ~Pookah-Bookah , the pick was Disney's PepperAnn.
a Character I'd never drawn before, and prolly wouldn't of to begin with.
had fun finding a nice hybrid of my style and that of the Toon.

It has been way too long since I've seen that series... It's one of many from the early 2000's/late 1990's that has been shamefully taken out of circulation. Nowadays a lot of the new cartoons suck. XD
