yes it was. And now it's off- I think it's been off for at least 3 years now. It's too bad. Adult Swim used to have a whole lot of cool anime on. Now it's a lot of anime that I don't particularly like, like Trinity Blood. Bleach is the coolest anime on there right now.

You could definitely tell that the original cartoon was drawn by men... the female anatomy was extremely overpronounced, and all of the guys were drawn with fairly little detail, especially from the waist down.
