Her left eye seems a bit...far from her nose D:

I don't know what to tell you, her eyes are one eye width apart.

I did however draw her with a larger nose than most would depict her (a more solid bridge)

While this is otherwise a brilliant piece, I agree that there is something off about Misa's eyes. You'll notice that the left corner of her mouth matches up with where her left eye starts-- this is unusual, as usually the corner of the mouth matches up with the center of the eye.

that is true, particularly moreso when looking at the face from a front on angle
lower angle, face isn't flat
so yeah.
