Description
I'll be writing his pokepasta 'False Surrender' soon. But might as well give you his background info so you know that he basically isn't just an evil killer.
Many years ago he was owned by a Hex maniac from another region. He loved her a lot, the only creature he felt a connection with during that time. But....during one battle when using False surrender...he aimed at the wrong spot and killed the opposing pokemon. The trainer was of course mad and yelled at the hex maniac for "raising a killer". Grim thought she was going to be hurt so he impaled the trainer through the chest. The hex maniac was the farthest from happy. So...she returned to the Glimwood tangle....and cursed him. Making sure he could never escape.
That's sounds horrible, I know. But....what would someone expect him to do. His species is known for being violent and deadly. If you're going take on something that's known to be deadly and typically solve issues through being violent, tricky, etc, you have to expect the worst. It's like taking a tiger and expecting it to not accidentally kill something. It was in Grim's instincts to act like that. He thought his trainer would be hurt so his instincts briefly took over and killed the person. He only just realized what he did AFTER it happened.
It's in a predator's instincts to attack and most likely kill anything that could pose as a threat something it sees as family or one of it's own. It's like a dog trained to guard. If it's owner is in danger it will attack and follow the ancient instincts of where to strike. So, after being abandoned and cursed the Glimwood tangle....he had nothing left to lose. He let his instincts take over, he tricked and killed anyone he came across. That is....until he met to beings who he could finally love. Morbid and Sylvie.
She is innocent...during the day
