Yes, download it, right click, save picture as, then save it. Then you can do modify it in any art program, be it paint, Corel, Photoshop, ETC.

It's because America has a bigger gaming industry, meaning they have more people willing to spend time with translating all of the japanese games, while in Australia has a smaller industry in games.

The DS is region-free, so you can import it as soon as America gets the game (shoot, you can import the Japanese version if you can read it). You might pay more, but it beats the wait.
