I have created a Barbie for young ladies who are very selective in their dating preferences. To be honest, she is a little SILie.

SIL is the name given to the creature from the movie Species. As an exercise in honour of the monster design of HR GIger, I made this version of SIL from a resale shop Barbie doll.

The majourity of the build up sculpt was created with Aves Apoxie sculpt applied directly to the body of the doll. The “hair” is was molded once and then cast and applied in multiples to the head. Look closely, the claws on her hands are from the nail clippings of cats.
