Well I think I'm done fiddling with this. If I come to some realization of what else I can do to make this better later I'll do it. But had fun messing with it for now.Wanted to keep it simple and I liked how it came out.
Let me know if you like it or if there's anything more I could do to make it better.

Thanks, it was hard holding back. But maybe because I want to just throw every trick I have on every single piece I do ever..
Which I then eventually just get rid of to make look simpler like this.

Generally I like it. The only thing I would add is maybe one layer of shading on the skulls at least.

Much better. The skulls were just looking too flat before. I still dig this one, though mine looks totally different. Need to get some free time to finish it.

Very nicely fiddled, a good amount of detail while keeping it simple. The only thing I could suggest is add her shins/ feet maybe? Her legs kinda vanish.

Thanks! The idea I had in mind was this being a mascot or a logo of some sort. So the bottom is where text would be. Kinda why in my head why I'd keep it a bust. If I did draw the legs it might look like the skulls are floating unless I put them on something like a table or just a massive pile of skulls.
I'll think about it some more.
