well, i guess that was sort of the look i was going for

ah yes, the elusive human-ized Bill Cipher! I came into this thinking "wow, i'm gonna diverge from the usual path people tend to take and not make bill a white, blond-haired pretty boy! this is gonna be so progressive- oh, fuck"

to anyone expecting a creative, well thought out and unusual Bill, i am deeply sorry

ANYHOW, THOUGH. i suppose my Bill is a tiny bit different. my headcanon for his human form is that he's got kind of a 50s-60s cold-war era look about him, and dresses like a used car salesman. crappy suits, ahoy! oh, and he constantly has that exact expression on his face. /constantly/. his mouth doesn't even move when he speaks

so yes, there's the sad extent of my ability to character design! enjoy
