A Twin-Seater V/STOL Carrier-Capable Multi-Role Fighter designed by Tri-Tech Dynamics, available in three versions, the DA-16 Aquila - Multi-Role Fighter, DA-16B Avarax - Air Superiority Fighter / Interceptor, and DA-16C Xiphon - Ground Attacker.
there is also a UCAV version of the fighter, DA-16-02 Nocturn Multi-Role UCAV, can be controlled from the ground or the air by the secondary pilot on the Aquila.
The Fighter uses secret engine technology that is able to lift itself from the ground without needing thrust vectoring on the main twin engine on the back, the lifting engine is placed in the middle, right below the bump on top of the aircraft
and yes, it has the same capability as DA-12, the only difference is that this is V/STOL, while the DA-12 is simply Faster and has more maneuverability
