Living in Perth, Western Australia, Australia, was a couple: Kim and Sandy. On April 4th, 1979, they were blessed with a beautiful son. They named him...Heathcliff Andrew Ledger.
He was talented in the art of acting and soon left his hometown of Perth at the age of 17 and went to Sydney, Australia. There, he gained much respect and was featured in Australian TV shows. Then his career kept going up. Featured in more and more movies, and respected and admired by many fans and fellow actors/actresses.
Heath Ledger is now known most for his role as "The Joker" in Christopher Nolan's 2008 movie "The Dark Knight". But let us not forget the other roles he played: Tony Shepherd, Ennis Del Mar, Casanova, Patrick Verona, ect... But most of all, let's not forget who he was. He was an actor, of course, but he was himself. A man, a friend, and a father. We should remember him as the only person he ever was: Heath Ledger.
Four years ago on January 22, the young actor of 28 years of age was found in his hotel bedroom in New York City, Manhattan- a bottle of sleeping pills on the bedside table. He had been very stressed and sleep-deprived for weeks then and turned to drugs to help. But they only made things worse. With a three-year-old daughter, he had no reason to kill himself, so don't believe he did. He was an amazing, talented, sweet man and he will forever be remembered. We miss you Heath...

After Heath's death, Colin Feral, Jude Law and Johnny Depp were taken onto the movie as Heath's doubles to play Imaginarium Tonys 1, 2, and 3.
