If you are serious then report, but you wont go far with that cause this art would have been reported ages ago if it was eligible for reporting. Can you prove your fan art is not borderline teenager-whatever?
If you are serious about an anti-pedo crusade then go fight the places that really are full of mlp-fim pedo stuff. I am proud to be involved in real fights against online-pedo places (that use cartoon/anime/comic characters) in my line of work.
There is a list of points that prove what is pedo or not. A legal list. A provable list and not just the style or individual's sense of art. A list we use to try take down "art"/track perpetrators etc. when reporting to further authorities after our authority and that will have to be reported to a further authority.
And even then small "windows" in laws/Paperwork/lawyers/bribing have them run sites free and open.
Go invest your breath to a real fight against this instead of a pitiful flame exchange without even a paragraph worth of reasoning or rationally expressed opinions.
The fight against internet porn is harder and more unfair (against children) than you can ever imagine.
