Finally finished a big(ish) painting! I’m actually really happy with how this turned out, which is refreshing, considering my recent bout of art block. 8"x10", watercolor, acryla gouache, white gel pen, white pencil on Stonehenge paper. Most of the textures came from dropping salt and isopropyl alcohol onto the wet watercolor paints, then accentuating and exaggerating the textures and shapes with more watercolor and acryla gouache.
