Hell yeah.I tried to make it an even fight. Every person who sees this has a different opinion.
I'd just want to see the fight...
This was an illustration for an RPG rulebook, but it was never published.

Godzilla was untouched when the meteor hit him(in the Godzilla:Final Wars). As in the meteor absiloutly did no damage ta Godzilla

Yes...But Ultraman could, say...I dunno...fly at Godzilla, from space, really really fast while blasting Godzilla in the face and THEN hit him.
All in all it's still two guys wearing a suit, but it's fun to think about.
