Two rage-fueled space marines.

Both are known for slaughtering many demons from basic demons to demonic gods

Both served as the light of hope in doomed situations (Doomguy saved humanity from the demons and Gulliman saved the Ultra Marines from the army of Chaos)

Both have become legends amongst their colleagues and were given names of legend (The Doomslayer and the Avenging Son).

Both were given immortality from divine entities (The Kahn Makyr and The Emperor Of Man Kind).

Both were put into some kind of rest for decades (Doomguy was sealed away in the sarcophagus and Guilliman was killed) but were brought back when they were needed the most (Doomguy was released from the sarcophagus to fight off the demons overrunning the UAC base and Guilliman was resurrected to help in the battle against the army of Chaos)

Both fight demons with similar arsenal guns and a special sword (The Crucible and the Sword of the Emperor)
