3 Hunters enter an abandoned facility to search for alien activity... Each of them with their own abilities and skills... But out of the three of them, who is the survivor?One wields power armor build from ancient technology that grants extraordinary abilities and powers, as well as adaptability to any situation, known or unknown.
One is, itself, an ancient species wielding strange weapons, and tactics, with a mysterious origin, but known as a Mercenary to all.
And one is the product of a program to create supersoldiers built to withstand the harsh conditions of war between an alien species and humanity for a treasure that is deemed a legend... But is also a destroyer.
These three hunters met at a crossroads, and their fates intertwine, as their worlds collide, bringing about an even bigger conflict then they had initially believed.

As far as what their enemies could be, there is a trope I played around with in my stories, especially regarding treasure hunting and crossovers:
Magic vs. Technology.
I wish I could therefore find a character like Master Chief as a treasure hunter in a high fantasy setting, which also happens to be an alien planet. Because honestly, I find most of the fantasy settings to be really cool as alien planets in a sci-fi universe, and the interaction to be like settlers in Colonial America, where the natives know magic.
That being said, the enemies of this trio could be anybody in any genre! From the looks of your description, however, sci-fi it is! Still, there could be some magic about the enemy.

Awesome. I thought the guy in the middle would be a Playstation character at first, given Samus and Master Chief are beside him, but then I recognized the word, Warframe, as one of the games I play on Steam online.
However, I faved this under Console OS Wars nonetheless because in my crossover fan fic universe, this would take place during what I would call the Launcher Wars, or the Steam/Origin War, where Microsoft unites with Apple, Linux, Nintendo, and Sony under the banner of Valve against Electronic Arts.
