Not gonna lie, this kinda started out as Nova from the Silver Surfer/Marvel Cosmic, but it sort of dovetailed after awhile so, allow me to introduce Flare, a Plasma Elemental of the Living Cosmos. Her Primary mode of attack is throwing Fire and plasma at her enemies, but she can also open herself up and activate "Stellar Mass" revealing the miniaturized White Dwarf Star encased in her body to entrap, crush and burn her opponents, or "Stellar Breach" where she fires off a portion of the energy contained within it at temperatures hot enough to ignite planetary atmospheres.
