Description
The heat of the noon sun was unusually harsh as Sorna and Red were patrolling the territory of their pack. Nothing much of note had followed most of their border until they reached the river that cut into the side of a cliff. A female Styracosaurus had been lured to the cool river from the warm sun, As Red began to move towards the potential lunch, Sorna moved in the way, causing the younger male to bump into his father figure.

The now fading scars, the bend horn, the white spots. Sorna had met this Styracosaur months ago, he had left her for dead after they had been swept down river into the face of a large Carnotaurus. To see her alive now was not what Sorna expected, but he had known her as a fighter, given that she was ready to fend him off even after they had been ripped downriver. Sorna had to respect such behavior, not only because she may easily kill one of them if they pursue, but also because her survival had saved him before, if not from the river, then from becoming the target of Lucifer.

Probably not the most realistic behavior I've depicted in these, but I'll be damned if it's not at least something that sort of completes the Storm Surge Arc, (I also really want that Tortoise). But I think this is a great way to follow through with the Frenemies prompt. From Sorna's attack they both inadvertently survived the flooding that the Island was going through. If we apply a little bit more suspension of disbelief, then we could consider the possibility of Sorna seeing Thykkn, who, last he saw, looked like she was about to be food for the now deceased Lucifer, definitely signals that she's a survivor and requires respect.

The two Theris in the background I decided to add because I was getting really tired of just drawing pines and thought it's be nice to offer some free EXP for a couple of dinos.
