An OC I came up with in 2018, but never designed until this week. A failed experiment for an evil minion by Dr. Slugbrain, Rodney enjoys life to the fullest and has very positive dreams and ambitions. He's extremely fascinated by human life and wishes to live among them.

I realize I didn't put my usual watermark here. The simple reason for that is that this is an early design and Rodney can be subject to change in name and design. Regardless, this is still my character nonetheless.
