AT LEAST MAKE HER LOOK LIKE FEM JOHN
BUT NO

i cant describe the dissapointment i feel..

first of all asians are awesome, thats not the problem i have with it. John is a male. and he isn not asain. so it makes me a bit annoyed >.< and sherlock just shouldnt have tattoos, hes just not that kind of guy -.-''

I agree. I don't have an issue with Fem!John - but the actress they chose doesn't feel John to me. And her persona isn't John either. There is no soldier to her and little Dr in her characterization - both key elements of John! My ideal Fem! John would be a Samantha Carter type from Stargate or something close......

John is described as being strongly built, Average or slightly above average in height, with a mustache as well as being "as thin as a lath and as brown as a nut" - Which makes this complaint even more hilarious as this description doesn't fit BBC!John at all either.

BBC John has just the same Watson heart, it is the same person, just in a body of amazing actor, who happends not to look like you have just mentioned.
Fitting in with looks or not, BBC Watson is played amazingly, and Joan, not only doesn't really fit in with her looks, but also Lucy Liu, the actress, gave her worst performance ever. She acts as if she has never had an emotion in a lifetime, and har face and gestures remind me os some very old tree.
Maybe she would be better for fem!lock xD ? Just kidding, but i really feel dissapointed with her performance, i lately rewatched "Chicago", where she had just a tiny 3 minutes on a screen, and she played that little part stunningly. And what she did now, is a total cr*p.

I have had so many tirades about this new "Elementary" show it isn't funny. I don't know why they made Watson a girl, or Asian (no racism, sorry if it sounds that way). Anyway....my thoughts exactly!
