Description
It was a peaceful day at New Berk. Leaves were rustling, birds were chirping and of course Dragons were flying around. On a hill Nightfall who was now a teenager was resting with his friend Slaughter. Slaughter had a saddle on with a spiked collar. He also had yellow and orange warpaint.

Nightfall's tail twitched as he rested his head on his talons. He looked at the sun which was setting. He looked down at Berk seeing all those humans with their Dragon's. They all were talking about some "Hiccup" thing. Nightfall just assumed that hiccup was either a compliment or an insult.

He was snapped out of his thoughts was a voice yelled his name. "Nightfall were you even listening?" Slaughter said. Nightfall chuckled nervously. Slaughter yawned. "So what are ya thinkin bout?" Nightfall looked back at the sky. "Just thinking about those humans. And... my brother." He looked at his talons and Slaughter's expression softened. He sighed. "Well I gotta go to my human. See ya." Slaughter flew away.

Nightfall looked sadly at the sky. He looked back at Berk. Maybe... I should go there. No harm in that. He thought. Nightfall spread his wings and was about to go to New Berk when he heard a dragon shriek. He looked over his shoulder to see a white dragon whose body shape was similar to a Night Furys. He noticed the dragon was plummeting to the ground at full speed. He roared and ran towards them. He flew up and caught the dragon. Then he came to the realization that they both were rolling down a cliff.

Nightfall wrapped his wings around the dragon to keep them from getting injured. All of a sudden he hit a rock causing the dragon to slip out of his grasp. The dragon's head hit a rock knocking them out. Nightfall's vision blurred as he looked at the dragon. He purred softly as he closed his eyes.

Nightfall woke up suddenly. His eyes widened as he realized he was in the water. He felt a dragons talon pressed against his neck. I'M NOT GOIN OUT LIKE THIS! He thought. He snarled and threw his head back. He heard a shriek from behind him. "What are ya doin!? I was tryin to save ya!" He looked over his shoulder to see that dragon he saved earlier. She had some markings on her face. "Oh tryin to return the favor are ya?" Nightfall said as he smirked.

The female dragon snarled. "Saved me? You nearly killed me! And yourself!" Nightfall shuddered as he remembered the moment they collided with the ground. "If it weren't for me you'd probably 'ave brain damage. Or died!" The female dragon said as dug her claws into the ground. "Well what's your name m'lady?" Nightfall said.

"Back off dipsh-" "Language jeez." The female growled. "The names Luna." She said. "I'm Nightfall. Nice to meet you." Nightfall smirked trying to be impressive. Luna just had a blank expression. "If you're tryin to be impressive it's not workin." Jeez is she a mindreader? He thought. Luna stepped closer to him. "Now where are ya from? Are ya with those humans?" Luna spat out the last word like it was rotten moldy fish.

"Y-yes." Nightfall said nervously. In seconds Luna pounced at Nightfall. "DO YOU KNOW HOW AWFUL HUMANS ARE!?" She snarled. Nightfall pushed her off him and snarled. Luna gave him a glare of pure hatred. "You son of a-" "Ey lady!" Nightfall looked over his shoulder to see Slaughter running at full speed towards Luna. Luna snarled and flew away. Slaughter collided with a rock. "Ow..." Nightfall watched her fly away. "Nightfall? Was that a Light Fury?" "Yeah."

Nightfall looked away from the sky. He walked past Slaughter, his tail dragging behind him. He heard a twig snap and flinched. He looked over his shoulder and his eyes widened. He make eye contact with a blonde female human. The humans jaw dropped at the sight of him. "Hiccup!" She yelled.

Then a weirdly thin human stood next to the female one. "Oh my gods." The stick human said. Nightfall tilted his head. He noticed Slaughter had ran away. Nightfall slowly walked towards the human. Nightfall heard a purr and looked behind the humans. He saw a Light Fury and...
