Yep I redesigned the boi himself!I gave him a very light gray color to make him not hurt the eyes so much
The photo quality might make him still look white tho
I also based his design off of Starlings and Komodo Dragons
I also wanted him to stand out more since he is the villain and i read somewhere that villains should stand out more and be noticeable
One more thing
I wanted to make the Rising Shadows characters look more unique since in the older version they kinda looked all copy and pasted
