Description
Three dinosaurs walked on a path of dirt. One was a huge Spinosaurus who goes by the name Dagger. The other two were much smaller and they went by the names Sharpclaw and Razor. Sharpclaw had green eyes with gray and brown scales and two feathers on his head. Razor had reddish-brown scales with brown stripes from his snout to his head and yellow eyes. Meanwhile Dagger had brown scales and scars all over his body. Sharpclaw and Razor played around together under his feet. Razor jumped over Sharpclaw's tail. Sharpclaw lunged at Razor but Razor rolled over to the left, causing Sharpclaw to pounce on Dagger's leg. Dagger snarled and looked down at them. "You kids better play around somewhere else before I bite your lil arms off." Both of their eyes widened and they quickly scampered off of his legs. They walked behind him and decided to chat a bit. "So, Razor how are we gonna travel to another island? It's actually impossible. Unless we can learn to swim." Razor sighed at Sharpclaw's words. He looked at Dagger. He saw him stumbling, he heard his wheezy breathing and he saw his shaking limbs.

"Sharpclaw? Do you ever worry about Dagger and... well-" "His oldness?" Razor's eyes widened as Sharpclaw uttered those words. "Why would you say that?" "Cuz he's old. Look at him." Razor sighed. He had to admit Sharpclaw was... kind of right. Of course he'd never admit that. He worried that the dinosaur he knew for 2 years would suddenly just... be gone one day. Sharpclaw's next words interrupted his thoughts. "HEY DAGGER!" As the giant dinosaur looked over at them, Razor felt himself panicking. As much as he cared for his friend, he also feared him. But apparently Sharpclaw didn't fear him at all. Just before Razor uttered a word, Sharpclaw put his talons over Razor's snout and continued speaking. "Razor and me mutually agree that we think you're OLD!" Dagger deadpanned expression slowly formed into one of rage. "Oh, really. You both think the same thing do you?" Sharpclaw released Razor and nodded. The now rage filled Spinosaurus walked over to Sharpclaw and said "I might be old but I ain't too old to bite your head clean off of your shoulders." He slithered to a bush and pushed it away. Sharpclaw smiled smugly at Razor while Razor was grateful to still be alive. "You two! Get over here!" Sharpclaw and Razor walk over to Dagger and peer over his shoulder to see water. The bright sun reflecting off of the water forced them to have to squint. Dagger put his front talons in the water. He slowly slithered fully into the cold water. Sharpclaw stepped through the bushes and said "Uhh excuse me? Are you just planning on leaving us here? We can't swim." Dagger sighed and pointed to his back. "Get on my back. It's the only way to make it out of here."

Sharpclaw sighed but crawled onto his back, clinging onto his sail. Razor did the same thing. Dagger swam and swam until they finally reached the island. Dagger barely made it to the land when the waves started pushing him. Sharpclaw had to hold onto Razor so neither of them would slip. Dagger gripped onto a rock on the beach and crawled onto it. He slipped on the rock and came crashing on the sand. Razor and Sharpclaw fell beside him. Dagger stood up and his limbs all shook. He wheezed and fell over again. Razor and Sharpclaw ran up to him. Dagger managed to breath out a wheezy "Welcome to Isla Sorna."

That night Dagger and the Raptors all slept together, Dagger curled around them. He looked up at the sky and started wheezing again. His eyes brimmed with tears as he realized something. He felt it inside his gut. He was going to die. He looked down at Sharpclaw and Razor. He sighed and curled his tail around them. He placed his head on his talons and thought 'I'm coming, my family.'

Sharpclaw's eye opened when he heard sobbing. He quickly got up and saw Razor hunched over Dagger. He tilted his head and walked over to Razor. Razor looked up, his face covered in tears and he looked down at Dagger. Sharpclaw pressed a talon against Dagger's wrist. He had no pulse. Sharpclaw fell on his knees and sobbed. After what felt like forever they both stopped crying. Razor started walking away from Dagger's body and looked over at Sharpclaw. "Come on. We gotta leave." Sharpclaw got up and walked with Razor. To Razor's surprise, Sharpclaw leaned on him as they were walking. Sharpclaw said three words that made Razor teary eyed.
"I'll miss him..."
