That's a completely awesome dragon!
Great work on the rough skin and the glowing cells. The flippers actually look wet, like if it weighs them down slightly, it makes the overall pose seem very cool.
I'm just missing a terrifying rain storm on it, though that would take some of the focus from the dragon itself.
