Reference sheet commission requested by Simplue featuring his Meowstic (MALE) pokesona Skipper (Skip for short. I do like that lil' nickname).

Skip has been around for a while and he's a pretty shy boy at times but believe me, he is a beloved friend to have. And a huggable psychic kitty too. His tails are named Dip (right tail) and Dot (Left Tail) and they also have some unique personalities of their own. They are pretty voracious from what I remember so be mindful~!
