just like with Arle as Sailor Uranus, I Draw this one because Shantae and Rei Hino/Sailor Mars (Viz Dub)are both voiced by the Same Voice Actress, Christina Vee.
but that's not only that, Shantae also uses some FireBalls, which is fitting for the Guardian of Fire!
