since Waluigi is stuck as an Assist Trophy and Geno is stuck as a Mii Costume.i think the Next Mario Rep in the Future would have to be in my opinion, Toadette! since she has been appearing in Recent Main Mario tittles, like Super Mario Maker 2 and New Super Mario Bros U Deluxe Hell! she even has her own Power Up in the latter game, and if Toadette were to be in Smash, she would finally get her own Amiibo after over 5 Years!

I couldn't help but think of this myself! In my "Mario & Luigi RPG" story, I gave Toadette an Icyhand (to compliment the Firebrand and Thunderhand abilities of the Bros) and a Spore Counter like that of the Toad accompanying Princess Peach (it gets used to the fullest in the final battle - see my portrait series). I therefore would give Toadette the following moveset:
N-Special: Icyhand (air and ground versions)
S-Special: Super Pickaxe (has a very small chance of instantly breaking shield - compare G&W's D-Special)
U-Special: Peachette (functions similarly to Peach's Parasol)
D-Special: Spore Counter (strength and attribute based on damage received)
Final Smash: Ultimate Spore Counter (range-based burst that can affect multiple targets)
Additionally, based on the resilient nature of the Toads and from giving her very high DEF in my M&L story, I also considered giving her a little tough-man (or in this case "tough-woman"), but not nearly as much as Bowser.
I feel that this moveset would represent her quite well . . . at least in the light of my "Mario & Luigi" idea. Let me know what you think!
